I hoped you had a chance to watch 60 minutes last night. Conan expressed his feeling about the fiasco on NBC. What do you think of the interview ? Who came off as an a**hole in the whole situation and who is the winner and who is the loser of it all ?
who really cares is the best part of the whole interview. he does look heartbroken but at the same time he's like "so what... i got paid. i now have a new job that's potentially even better than the old one. how did i get screwed?" but yea, at the same time he looks very saddened by society. and deservingly so, dude had worked for nbc for like 15 years or something? and they just shunned him off because leno was worth more. it's a cold, cold world... wrap tight!
yeah he looked heartbroken more than mad. Im sure he will do well at the other network. I never really watched his show before he got the new time slot so it took a sec to get adapted to him. Im still not toooo sold on his humor but the cat has a following. It would have taken time for him to have grown on me. I personally believed that NBC screwed up shuffling everyone and at the beginning promising Conan the Leno's time slot in X-years were major mistakes unless they KNEW they were anticipating on removing Leno at that time.
