A new research finding on the retention rate of BlackBerry users. http://finance.yahoo.com/family-home/article/109225/why-blackberry-users-will-defect
My carrier Verizon is going to start having the IPhone this summer. I think I will give up my Blackberry love and get one. http://www.dailyfinance.com/story/w...ng-to-verizon-wireless/19419081/?sms_ss=email
A rumor based on fact. :smt043 You know it's going to happen. They are missing out on a big share of the market. Verizon is the largest US wireless provider. Matter of time.
I have a Windows Mobile phone. It's cool, except when I go to scroll with my finger to look at my phone-book, it'll call someone (ALWAYS someone I don't want to talk to). Now I have to go the long way and look up peoples numbers.
The Android is way better it offers touch screen as well as qwert something the iphone and bb are lacking. The android isn't restricted to one provider like the iphone and you don't have to have itunes to upload music. My android comes with a 5 megapixel camera and has voice activated dialing and google search. Here's where it blows iphone out of the water it actually has an insurance plan so if anything happens to the phone I don't have to pay full price for a replacement whis usually refurbished btw. Android all the way.
Before getting my phone back in Nov, I was seriously considering an Android, but I didn't like any of the phones T-Mobile was offering. I've been with them for like almost 10 yrs and like my phone plan, so I was limited. I'm sure when I'm done with this phone, there'll be something out I like.
I have to agree with Jordan about the iPhone coming to Verizon. The Wall Street Journal posted info about the "Verizon iPhone", so it may likely happen.
I told my brother who's a phone junkie if wanted to stop wandering the landscape looking for the best phone out there go get an iPhone. It's EASILY the best phone I've ever had. I did tell him though his next choice should be Google's Android. BTW don't hold you breathe for Verizon & Apple to hook up, there's a reason why they have not done so at this point. Many don't know Apple offered the iPhone to Verizon before AT&T and Verizon declined because they did not want the deal AT&T has now. AT&T is basically a telephone provider, nothing more and is excluded from specific revenue streams (Apps, Movies, Musick) because of Apple's ecosystem. Verizon did not want to send their customers away from Vcast in which there's a growing business and investment for their own ecosystem. Aligning with Apple would have done just that.
Don't sweat it the US is behind in phones most other folks in the world can get their mits on, but the iPhone is beloved worldwide...
Oh yeah, I know that, every fucker either has an Iphone or a Blackberry. I am pretty tempted by them, but I lose my phones too often and would actually have to chop my leg off if I lost something so valuable!
I checked it out back in Nov, but something about it bothered me. I don't remember what it was. I'm glad you like it though. I have T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro 2
I saw the htc its pretty good but the Cliq was newer and had better software and love motoblur. I got tired of the blackberry quick it wasn't interactive enough for me but I'm a big kid though lol
I think they came out at the same time, hence why I was doing research on those phones, but whatever. I hear ya. My phone is cool and suits my needs for now. Like I said, maybe for my next phone, I'll go with an Android.
