I don't know what to say about this. I'm apparently uptight, too. WTF is that? How is that even allowed? Wow. I'm at a loss for words. :smt090
Wow, just wow, what kind of parent would allow their child to do this? Some folks are just plain clueless.
They've played this clips several times on the national entertainment media, and not one time have I heard any host make the point that hey, maybe it's not appropriate for a tiny tots to act out violent shootouts from a movie about a drug lord.:smt067:smt067:smt067 My gut instinct when I first saw it was, 'I would NEVER let my kid be in some crazy shit like that!' The media is all about promoting controversy, but when it comes down to it, too often they lack basic conscience.:smt019 When you let your 5 year old play violent first person shooter games, or watch movies like 'Scarface' when they have no idea what's going on, you can't act surprised when they turn 12 years old and they really want you to buy them a 9 mm handgun for Christmas. Don't be your kid's buddy.:smt011 Be their PARENTS.
In the crowd cheering. When I read the tag I thought it was some dumb kids playing around in someones backyard but when I saw it was an actual school play all I could was smdh.
Okay from the time I pressed play, I assumed it was going to be an adaptation for kids, like instead of coke it would be popcorn and everything was going to be replaced with silly stuff...but from the moment the girl was like "Son of a B" I was like "Wow...can't believe it." Who knows how this stuff gets pass parents, or better yet WHY this gets pass parents. Oh well, guess next year will be an adaptation of the movie 300.
LOL! My testaments exactly! Man, that is not a good example of his acting "ability" is it? :smt043 I still love me some Keanu though!!
completely agree with you, especially the last two statements. it seriously gets on my tits when i hear parents say that their kids are their best friends. they're not your best friend, they're your child for heaven sakes, parent your child not try and be their friend. my children at one point or another have told me that i'm not their friend and i've agreed with them and tell them that i'm not their friend, i'm their mother.
