Racial profiling cannot be avoided in the world that we live in. Minorities in any society have to deal with these circumstances. No matter how educated you are or how much clout you have people will always assume things about you by judging your appearance or skin color. The best thing to do is to have a comprehensive knowledge of the laws where you live and understand how they apply to you so when the time comes you will know how to defend yourself against it.

Theres nothing you can do to stop profiling really. the best you can do is have a knowledge of the law and catch them off guard by letting them know you know your rights and what he cant do badge or not. even if your local department had diversity training or whatever you cant get inside a cops head and theres no means to find out if hes ignorant, following everyone else, or intent on being Bull Connor 2.0.. All you can do it not let it be obvious your bothered and never let 'em live it down when they are wrong.
