I was reading up on this commercial and its star the other day after seeing how big of a smash it and he has become. All the online writers who wrote pieces loved the commercial and the actor (Isaiah Mustafa). Even more interesting in the online comments by readers it was clear that the guy was a big hit with women of all races. And me being me I thought its sad that this dude has gotten more positive responses from women (particularly white ladies on TV, in print, from blogs, and on message boards) than perhaps any black male actor that has made his debut in films over the past decade. Goes to my point that if a good-looking black male got an opportunity in something mainstream he could generate actual buzz. But no one wants to find such black men for Hollywood films.

i love the ad. very amusing and he's quite easy on the eye...wouldn't kick him out of bed if he farted

LOL! I've seen this commercial on TV a lot the last few days and I laugh every time I see it.

I love the commercial, and I wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers, either.

 

I have yet to see this commercial on TV.

I've seen both of his commercials whilst watching WeTV and ABC and NBC and CBS all in the last few days....

 

Hmm. Those are the main channels I watch other than FoxSports West or ESPN.

 

That is odd then. Maybe the commercials weren't playing as well on the West Coast? Or maybe you keep running to the bathroom during commercial breaks? :smt102
