A Whore is someone who gets paid for her services, that's it ! Getting famous does not count unless money changes hands and the woman in question keeps a set of books. I think you're splitting hairs here, they all have essentially the same meaning in the dictionary. Individual perception is what distingishes between them. I tend to think like Francie that whore is synonomous with prostitute and agree with Petty and Karma that slut and ho are generally applied to someone labeled promiscous by others. I personally try not to use any of them, I stick to prostitute for professionals, and I figure it's not my place to judge what constitutes promiscuity in someone else. I'm sure everyone has a number in their head that crosses the line into 'slut' or 'ho' territory, for some people it may be 50 partners, and for others it may be 5. I don't know how promiscous Kendra Wilkinson was, but I don't necessarily consider her any of the above, though the thought of anyone screwing Hugh Hefner is pretty repulsive to me. I just can't see the draw there, but maybe he's got a helluva personality or a great sense of humor.
