I have gone to the "dark side"

Well black certainly have brain power. And maybe they should come to Europe or America to study, because there are few universities in Africa. But how many of those blacks go back to Africa and use their brain power to improve the conditions there, and how many choose to stay in Europe or America? Some white lady expressed the sentiment that these immigrants should stay in Europe and even colonize Europe. Another expressed a sense of guilt for poor Africans. But how can you improve conditions there, if africans themselves do not want to stay there? And is it fare to blame white people today for poverty in Africa? And to what extend africans should be blamed themselves for wasting resources on tribal warfare and genocide?

 

Who says that Africans don´t want to stay in Africa? Some want some don´t want. I personally know several of them of african countries, who studied in US or Europe and live and work now in Africa.

I work with some african countries and I can assure you that the business games in Africa are not fair. You can not eat from natural ressources, but you can buy your food with money. So, the result is, if you don´t want to die of hunger, the "whites" will tell you, how much your product is worth..

Actually it's not white people who are to blame for poverty in Africa it's pretty much the practice of capitalism. Racism is symptom not the disease itself. Its a way to distract and an excuse to use while corporate power structure screws everyone even white people. Look at outsourcing today, people blame immigrants and foreigners but the don't control wages or pricing on products, they just try to feed their families after the corporations take over their land. Then they are forced to go to places like Europe and America and trust me its not because where we living is naturally more beautiful but because there isn't any work in their countries. Now the big thing is outsourcing which is affecting manufactoring but service industry jobs now and people have the nerve to blame people from other countries for doing jobs at a cheaper wage. The big problem is corporations only care about profits and not people and they use racism as a way to keep as all occupied while they fuck us.

So yes, white are to blame _ I never said anywhere that they were excusively to blame.

 

But them being white isn't what makes them what they are. It's like saying that most black people in America are violent criminals based on the prison population but its probably more accurate that most poor people are violent in American it just so happens that most of the poor population is black and hispanic. When I see white folks going back to the trailer parks and meth labs of Appalachia and the deep rural South or impoverished Eastern Europe to rescue their backwards country cousins I'll take your back-to-Africa, back-the-the-ghetto talk more seriously.

 

I totally agree with you. I hate capitalism and corporations. I am quite socialist when it comes to economics and politics. (I was born in the Soviet Union). That is why I am saying that whites shouldn't be blamed for poverty in the third world because they get screwed as well. Look at Russia that is quite weak and poor by American standards and almost 100% white. In fact a lot of Russians have anti-American and anti-West sentiment.

BTW, thank you for welcoming me here, but I do not think I will stay here. There are quite a few people here who have expressed hostility towards me for asking a few questions. And they want me to go away. And i think I will go away because I don't feel comfortable here. I just want to say to them, that if they want tolerance in society, they should learn to tolerate other people who disagree with them. In fact, I registered on this forum and asked a few critical questions to test people's tolerance, and was immediately attacked. With attitude like that this beautiful multicultural future that they so dream about would never be achieved. Peace.

I have no problems with other people on here if they don't spew hatred towards others. I haven't read your posts yet, but if you aren't purposely inciting us, then we shouldn't have an issue with you.
