Leno to go back to late-night

...maybe I'm missing a funny-bone or something because I always wondered how in the hell Ferguson remained on the air....he's about as funny as a papercut. That dude is terrible....him and that English dude need to give up their gigs pronto!

NBC knew Leno was going to have a problem getting numbers at 10.

They knew ANYONE would have a problem doing it, but since Leno was so successful at doing late night, they figured his success would be enough to keep him afloat at 10 o'clock.

They gambled on something they knew was unlikely to happen and it backfired.

Leno deserves his original spot back and so does Conan.

 

Conan's brand of humor worked so much better in Late Night than on the Tonight Show. I wish they could get rid of Jimmy Fallon and make everyone go back to their original positions. LOL.

But that would be akin to a demotion for Conan and it won't happen.

artyman:I agree with you there. Fallon is likeable...and I love the fact that the Roots back him up....but honestly, his show just aint funny. He has dead-moments where you know he thought folks would laugh...kinda feel bad for him.

...and Conan deserves better.

Adam carolla said it best. NBC took a guy(Leno) who was #1 on Late Night from his slot. So there was nowhere to go but down. Now nbc complains that the ratings arent good. No shit.

 

BREAKING NEWS: Tomorrow night, it will be Conan's last night as host of the Tonight Show. NBC has agrees to pay him and his staff for 45 million dollars. So, we will see him again on another networks.
