Not that I'm taking up FH's side of this argument, but I've got to comment. Given my dating preference, I wouldn't be comfortable at all if I found out that one of my White male friends had an issue with White women dating interracially and thought that it "tainted" them. If a friend or acquaintance were to express that sentiment in my presence, I'd stop socializing with them immediately.

 

I don't like to make generalizations, especially when it comes to black women because there are a select few who actually "get it" when it comes to understanding us black men.

It's those certain black women who are simply out to emasculate and put their men down in order to empower themselves that are the main issue.

If you ever watch the new TV show “Blue Mountain State” Tuesday nights at 10pm EST on SpikeTV, you will see EXACTLY what I am referring to.

Actually, the only thing you edited in that particular post was to add, "Stay in your lane", hence why I said you were trying to check me. Regardless of saying you didn't edit it, you were trying to check me from the get-go for even daring to respond to this topic.

I used a harsh choice of wording. She was more or less turned off. She learned the hard way and thank God, she doesn't think like that anymore. I didn't think it warranted a cut off from our friendship and I'm usually really hard on people.

Yup the Sarge has covered this extensively and to his credit,accurately. I live the two pronged contradiction that you get from black woman. If there are no good men then how are the ww aw mw etc taking them all? I happend to be good friends with one of the bw who "gets it" and guess what, she frequently dates ir. When you dont have a chip on your shoulder it's a lot easier to attract a mate. I wish more bw would take a cue from her, but from what she tells me, she gets all the same sell out $hit for acting "white" and reading books speaking articulately etc.
