    I had 3 Silver Shark..

What really bother me is the water was fine even just after the fish die i did check the water and was nothing wrong i used to check the water every 4 days.. all die in 2 days..

betta fish is the fish that you can not have 2 together ? fighting fish is another name for them or i mistaken them for some other fish
if this is then i had one before in a small tank they do live long but as i have a big tank having one will not even notice the fish..

    but love their colours beautiful

Thought I'd post a few pictures of the animals my husband and I own.

    First, our dogs....

No photo with my man, he was too freaked by my camera in his face.

And the newest addition, with his litter mates when he was a tiny pup (about 5wks in this picture),
China (he's the one with the white on his muzzle).

I'm getting updated pictures to put online after xmas. He's a big boy now.

    The rooster, King Benny!

He's a 'Naked neck chicken', hence the lack of feathering around his head. they're fugly chickens, but fantastic layers and good meat chooks too. I love 'em. We have three now, plus another 13 or so 'normal' chooks.

We also have a cow, but I can't find where I had the picture stored. She's gorgeous and her name is Jane (named after an ex-girlfriend of James' - talk about nasty Hahahaha!) Anyhoo...all these animals are currently with my husband in rural Kenya, but I shall be home with them again soon (as you all know). I can't wait to see Rex again, he's my best mate on 4 legs over there.

On a side note. It's strange to see the difference in pets over there. People don't pamper animals there like they do here in Aust. or in the UK or USA. My husband loves his animals, but they're there to do a job. Mostly guarding.
Rex can easily be turned into a pampered pet. LOL He's useless at guarding. Just before I arrived there, early this year, he had made friends with one of the gazelle he was suppose to be guarding the garden against. Hahaha! Oh well, he can snuggle up at my feet or on my lap instead.

Pretty dogs Sin Mari. Interesting that they don't pamper their pets, I spoil the heck out of mine.

It is strange, very strange. But I guess it has a lot to do with money. They just don't have the money to pamper anything other than themselves, on rare occasions.
Everyone over there thinks I'm some crazy woman :smt081 because I talk to the dogs, want to pet them all, give them treats, play with them, train them and take photos of them. LOL I always pamper my dogs, so these guys are just going to have to get use to it! ;)

Not quite fitting, but I guess it doesnt matter, she looks cozy.

She took my towel hanging on the sink and stuffed it into the bowl by herself to make it comfy.
