love the haircut nyxie...i actually think some cats like getting a good haircut in the summer...keeps them cooler and less work to groom their coat...

it's getting cold in colorado now so all the cats line up in the morning to go out with the dog...this morning it was raining so they run outside...realize their paws are wet and run back in the house...

yes so true does keep them cooler and less work.. but when the hair gets too big and usualy around this time of the year lose the winter coat its not the best for my son he is alergic also,( we didnt know this before we got the cat but its also for dogs) the allergy not much with animals its 3rd on the list
grass and dust mite or more high ..

maybe he said it as a joke because he have a problem with cats but still to me this is not a joke .. its a member of my family and i dont take jokes on that well

i said this as sometimes people dont know where a joke stop..

another beautiful kitten like i said in another topic we will have on 15 of january hope nothing happen to her till then...

anyway i took this pics quick while we were there today not the best but better then nothing am holding her in one of the pics as you can see (i cut myself out so not really you can see me lol )and she is so small at the background you can see the mother of the kitten also..

This is Kitty. He was my 6 month anniversary present from Nate, and I heart him. We can't have real kitties, thus why I named him Kitty, since I want a cat.

It is a nice name and feels like suit the kitten even the lady we took the cat loved the name..

I will like to have a 3rd kitten but time almost run out most kittens already went to a home so i have to wait for next year if i like another.. there is one or 2 left around sydney after than need to look in victoria or even more far thats too much

anyway here both the cats look good together


DH nice fish you have ...sad the fishes i had all die i dont know what happen the water i test it few times and it was ok but all the fish die ..

also i miss my parrot i had to give away as i dont spend much time outdoors in the yard and i could not bring it too much in the house because of the cat.. i could with the cage but this took long time very heavy cage to move all the time .. i just gave it back to the place i got it just for free i know they will look after it ..

If you really are interested in having fish, you should look into getting a betta like mine. They're rather low maintenance and this is the first fish I've ever had that -didn't- die almost instantly.

I had the same problem as you. A few years ago I decided I wanted a beautiful aquarium, so I bought a tank, all the supplies, and a bunch of fish that supposedly would live well together, plus one sea frog. Within a week all the fish had died, despite my doing everything I was supposed to and working really hard to keep them alive. The frog lasted a few more weeks but he died as well.

I think it was just poor quality on the part of the place where I bought the fish. I've read a lot about really bad conditions for all of the little aquarium grown fish, and it leads them to be sick and die really easily.

Bettas are great, though. And you can have one in it's own tank and he'll be happy as a clam. They come in such gorgeous colour and fin variations, too. I'm extremely happy with my fish, and I plan on getting more eventually.

The only thing to remember with bettas is that the water in the tank needs to be warm, because they're tropical, and that, on average, you need to clean the tank once a week. Aside from that, they don't eat much, are easily pleased, and when they're happy they swim around a lot and give you a wonderfully relaxing show with their gorgeous fins.
