From the looks of her hair it is dyed blonde. So likely she is just a stupid brunette who dyed it. Natural blondes have shade variations in their hair. Fake blondes are blonde on the underside of their hair so that is your clue they get their blonde out of a bottle. Real blonde notice the varying shades of blonde in her hair. Ahhh, thanks for the fun fact, Jordan. I thought real blondes were the ones with one shade, and the fake blondes were the ones with color variation, because the dye was fading, or something. The More You Know!!!!
The NATURAL blonds I've run into have blond hair everywhere, even their eyebrows. That was how I would tell if she was a true blond from her eyebrows.
When I was a teen I would die my eyebrows darker cause they're too blonde. Now I'm older, and less crazy, I just put makeup on them. So you gotta look closely at the eyebrows to know for sure.
