Alot of stereotyping going on in this thread. Anyway, I'm not much older than you so I think I can advise you better. I find it odd that you are suprised that some folks are going to say/feel ignorant things when it comes to IR. I've ran into it a couple of times from white males: especially if it's an attractive WW i'm talking too. There are always going to be some people opposed/uncomfortable by IR from all races. If it's a guy you're haging with that you get that sort of vibe of racism aka jealousy then cut him out of your circle. I have a pretty large circle of white friends and on a few occasions i've had to cut a few when some guys got jealous. That's life: i've had to cut black and other friends too over stuff. Hang with guys that you get a good vibe from reguardless of race. People aren't really going to like you if they get the feeling you are using them for something and you're not genuine.
You know what? I never heard anything like that in my entire life. Seriously either it is a exclusive american phenomena or you have a very vivid fantasy. Sorry if I sound a bit rude. There is no such as that so call rumor, perhaps between WP people...but they complain against anything, and they see conspiracy litterally everywhere. So dont take them seriously. If you want to meet white girls (welcome to the club btw) I suggest you to join a PUA club. They are guys who meet to pick girls up (Pick Up Artist). I think that he should have stuck with his own methods of picking up white women instead of joining a group of white men who are oppossed to IR relationships between bm and ww. The best thing you can do is to just be natural to the ww and be yourself.
Many White guys actually get 'off' on the idea of Black guys being attracted to "their" women, I think it fills them with a sense of pride. Some even like to watch Black men make love to their girlfriends or wives. Then again, all men are broth.. er, individuals. Edit :I've never understood the concept of hooking up with White people to "get back" at White people for slavery, Jim Crow etc.
I've never even heard of that. It must be something started by an angry white guy like a Rush Limbaugh. Almost all of my attraction to white females have been from characteristics they have displayed that I've liked. The fact that they turned out to be awesome lovers was just an unexpected bonus.
My wife told me before we got serious in our own relationship and I quote: "no one owns me, I'm my own person, I'm no man's property and that includes you my dear". That is why I love this woman for her independence, her spirit, and her courage to tell anyone off.
I think some white guys (*some*, not all) are against IR relationships because they see it as the decline of the white race. The rumor that the white race is in a population decline (becoming a minority etc.) serves as a scapegoat for racism.
