dude you're beast I really need a bar and plates, because I haven't done stuff like that in years. I use dumbbells, but shit they don't hit anywhere near that amount.
I take Sambo now which is a great art with someone of my size and strenght. I made a 6'5 300 pound guy tap out and almost cry.
