    Tuesday workout
    This is my light week.

    First warm up with one mile on the treadmill

    Military Press Behind neck

    95 x 12 reps
    115 x 12 reps
    135 x 12 reps
    155 x 12 reps
    175 x 12 reps
    185 x 12 reps
    205 x 12 reps

    Military Press in the front with bar going all the way down to the chest.

    135 x 12 reps
    155 x 12 reps
    175 x 12 reps
    185 x 12 reps
    205 x 5 reps

    Shoulder shrugs

    135 x 12 reps
    225 x 12 reps
    315 x 12 reps
    405 x 12 reps

    Upright Rows

    50 x 12 reps
    60 x 12 reps
    70 x 12 reps
    80 x 12 reps

    Abs

    Leg raises
    25 reps x 4 sets.

    I really need a bar and plates, because I haven't done stuff like that in years. I use dumbbells, but shit they don't hit anywhere near that amount.

    I take Sambo now which is a great art with someone of my size and strenght. I made a 6'5 300 pound guy tap out and almost cry.
