well I have two news for u
    1) u hadnt seen Ms.T's u know what coz what u saw was a photomontage a fiction :D

    2) my parents are armenians which is making me an armenian (not like kim kardashian) Ive got 25% of russian blood in me (my granny is russian) so the real armenians call me Russified (I consider Russia to be my Motherland &I cant imagine a place where else I could be born/raised/living as who I am now Im a 1000% "russian product" not meaning the stuffing but the quality so when something involving these two nationalities happens Im on the russian side ab origin&from the very outset) but the local slavonic ppl call me(&other Caucasians) "black" on the other side so what I mean is Im a non-standart russian &a non-format armenian at the same time :smt045

In Russia some dark skinned ethnics are called "black" even though they have no African ancestry. On Mrs. T's photo it was her with a group of men in a hot tub. I'm not surprised since Russia does not like Ukraine since the Orange Revolution.

Yep. Also because Ukraine's plans to enter NATO and the European Union gives the Kremlin a headache. It seems Russia still consider Ukraine to be part of its "backyard".

Plus,Russia picks on Ukraine and Georgia by giving money and arms to "independent" states in those two lands.

It is not some, Slavian call nearly all people with black hair and a little darker skin black.
That includes, Indians, Arabs, Turks and many more.

My grandmother (from Ukrain) had a very lovly habit, when I had my black friend ( an armanian girl from Iran) visting me. Always when she left, she was checking her purse if she still had all her money.......

have u ever been to ukraine? its obvious that the answer is NO.
ukraine is part of russian history&culture &vice versa! which is the interconnection effect not a backyard &its always hurts to see ur lilttle cousin acting ridiculous &doing all those things a cousin should not suppposed to be doing just coz of money&NATO... ask ppl in ukrain DO THEY LIKE WHAT THEY GET /DO THEY LIKE THEIR "ORANGE chief" &I know what most of them will answer (many of my were relatives were born&are still living there) coz mos def their asnwer will be "***** that pseudo-crowned venal clown" (&they wont be joking).
the Russian is the Ukrainians big brother like it or not but this is the naked truth &it is like that since ukrain&russia have the mutual hystory with all its implied inevitable&far-reaching consequences &nobody can change that fact.
how can u talk about somebody when u dont know neither the history of their inter-territorial relations nor the true reasons of anything going on there, when all u know comes from the (!!!)us(!!!) mass media which cant be adequate &it is clear why. PPL should be able to understand that politics has NOthing in common w real everyday life thus NOone should rely on its so-called "truth&nothing but truth" or do u still believe a political figure promisses? so if u truely want to get a situation clear for uself u should at least try to get at the root&heart of the problem.

the same thing is with Georgia&its so-called President. why dont u ask common ppl not political figures about russian-georgian real relations hystory. coz the answer would be certainly the same as the ukrains common ppl asked about their "beloved orange chief".

Yes I have been to Ukraine. I was in Kiev in June. So I guess my answer pretty much negates your entire argument and make you look silly in your assumption, no? :) You obviously have no idea what you're talking about and didn't even understand what was being discussed. Now let me ask you this, have you actually been in Ukraine yourself?
Ukraine is an independent country since 1991! It would be to Ukraine's advantage economically to join the European Union because right now, the country is barely making it while its neighbor Poland is much better of. You can say whatever you want, but the quality of life is much better in the European Union. Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia were all part of the Soviet Union, but they are now independent and in the European Union, why should Ukraine continue to be part of Russia's "backyard"? Come on, even Georgia wants to be left alone :)

It was obvious with the Orange Revolution that most Ukrainian didn't want a mere pupet from the Kremlin to be the head of state. They prefered Viktor Yushchenko as he had Ukrainian Interests at heart, and not "Kremlin's interest"

Like I said before, Ukraine is an independant country and based on what I read everyday on different sources, based on the testimonies of many Ukrainians, they would rather join NATO and become a Schengen country than continue their "relationship" with Russia. So regardless of their historical ties and affinity through language and culture, the whole world, that includes Ukrainian themselves, still regard Russia and Ukraine as two separate entities. Belgian and Congo have a mutual history, a language affinity, so would you say that Congo is still part of Belgium's backyard even though Congo has been "independent" since 1960?

Again it you who is under the assumption that I don't know the history of their inter-territorial relations. It's actually a matter of public notoriety and a well documented relationship, so I can't imagine anyone having even a little knowledge of history and who watches the news not being informed on the subject ;)

And no, all I know doesn't come from the "(!!!)us(!!!) mass media which cant be adequate". It comes from various sources such as:

    http://russiatoday.com/

    http://www.tv5.org/

    http://www.kyivpost.com/

    http://www.russie.net/forum/list.php?25

This site is a Franco-Ukrainian site where all the French people who live in Ukraine and vice versa post news about what is going on in all of the CIS. Those French are fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, many have Ukrainian wives and they are very familiar with the Ukrainian way of life and mentality.

Actually, since political figures are the ones who represent their countries internationally, we should go by what their agenda is and what is their approval rating is in whatever country. So I'd say that Ukraine's ambition and wish to join NATO and the European Union is a sentiment shared by most Ukrainians.

Nachiavel,I could not had said it better myself. Ukrainians and Georgians are a proud people who does not want to be be under the control of Russia. I almost visited the Ukraine but my penfriend at the time suggests we meet in Poland. I didn't go because I had lost her address. Anyway, the Ukrainians had not forgotten the man made famine Stalin started in the early 1930's.

I like russian men for making business. They are serious, they don´t mess around -and keep their word. On the other hand, I don´t have real russian friends- out of one reason- they aren´t to joke with.

I would never ask any african partner to accompany me to Russia, Ukraina, Armenia or Georgia..
