What's going on with you?

Yes!! It's awesome!!! I don't have anything, LoL. All I have is a twin mattress and a bookcase with books on it. I have no TV, no furniture, no microwave, no tables. Nothing, but it feels so good to have my own place!!! I love it!!

I went to an office the other day that had purple sofas with a purle wall in their elegant waiting room. It was so cool and I immediately thought of you. I took a picture with my cell and will put it up for you to see when I get it off there.

i wish you lived closer so that i could unload some of the clutter from my house...idea: not sure about your area but i see free furniture all the time on craigslist...if you can find a decent couch maybe we can find you a purple slipcover or you could go with a neutral color and then do purple throws and pillows

It won't be long before you have to much stuff Britty! I was like that when I first got my own Place, it was totally bare ( I did not have much money then after rent and stuff i was skint!)
Give it a year and you will have a ton of clutter

Well, we know a place where we can buy used furniture for very low prices, but still have to wait till we can get more money, which is supposed to be soon. I have found some purple slipcovers in a Seventh Avenue catalog and their website online:

Been a bit MIA as of late...finals coming down on me, and trying to straighten out all this other shit. No time for much of anything.

Had a job interview this morning, and the second one is set up for Friday afternoon. Seems really promising, though I'm still not completely sure it's worth pursuing, but as it's the only second interview I've gotten I'm going for it. If the lady isn't bullshitting me it's a nice lil office job and I should be able to make rent, though it looks like it's going to take too long to get paid (if it's even for real...seems too good to be true, waiting to find out the catch. Bout to do some internet research, hurray me) to get moved out in time. Gonna hit up the housing director after class tomorrow and see if there's anyway she can help me out with a place to stay in the meantime. If I drop off the face of the planet in three weeks then things went really bad.

 

Good luck with finding a house, good luck for the job interviews too. It will all work out, I'm sure of it. :-D
