Me, well I got a car yesterday! It's a sexy as hell 5th gen Honda Prelude. And, I have decided to enrol in GED prep classes, starting in a few weeks. I am so nervous, I have not been in any school situation since I was 15 (13 years ago) and I hated it then! I hope I wont be the oldest there

YAY! I just found out the guy I was hanging out with and getting to know is a man whore and hitting on other women right infront of a friend of mine...good times

Yeah that's very true but it's all very confusing to me....I guess I don't understand why men prefer women who live off the system as opposed to a woman who is self sufficient with a job, pays their own bills and has things going for her lol Not all men just the men I meet!

 

Had my first rehearsal with the band, we did a 1 hour set-list with 16 original songs. Fours hours seems long standing on your feet, the music we're turning out is really good, lots of positive energy. I can see the G-string on my bass now.

Lol I'll be fine, I always am! At least that's not all that is going on in my life otherwise I'd probably mull it over in my head too many times to count. Thank god for kids and work!

Don't worry, justanotherbrotherlover, I doubt you'll be the oldest person there. I dropped out of highschool when I was 15 or 16 and when I was going to GED classes a couple or so years ago, there were people in there 40's and 50's etc and people not much smarter than 1st graders. So don't be nervous, it's a piece of cake! Everyone will be at their own stages and going at their own pace. Just relax and do your best and be proud of yourself for taking this step to improve.

My god damn hair is falling out. Shit. Every time I run my pick through that bitch, 10 strands of hair fall out.



Damn. Barely any food in the fridge. No drinks, besides milk and water. Phone services is off. Low gas light in my car and my mom's car. Bald rear tires on my car, so it's a risk driving to the sotre. My mom is in LA, visiting my sick grandma, and her phone service is cut off too. Got 2 dollars in my pocket. Killed the last of my Tampico juice, and I want some more but.....man. Damn, this sucks. Have like 300 dollars in fees for school due by the 14th n' shit. I hope I get hired at Target. Too bad, that shit won't help my situation right now.

 

I had one of the best days of my life today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God.....I love my life!

It's normal for humans to lose up to 100 strands of hair a day. So, I think you're good. Or you could be stressed. Google some breathing exercises to reduce stress. You don't want high ass blood pressure like me when you're 24 like me and your race makes you more susceptible to high blood pressure too. And high blood pressure can be very bad and cause stroke, heart attack, cardiac arrest, heart disease, an enlarged heart etc.

I've had my phone service cut off a lot in my lifetime. Things that we've done/tried is call them and see if they can wait and give us an extension or tell them the money is coming and when they can expect it and see if they can turn it back on since the money is on the way (whether it really is or not). Talking to the phone company can help sometimes. It doesn't help all the time, but it couldn't hurt. I hope you get that job too and that the fees you owe to your school can wait if you explain to them your situation and that you could possibly have a job really soon.

Damn brotha.

Getting rid of the car would be something i would do. Start taking the city transit to get to the store.

I see no reason in having something you cant afford, like, a car...eh?. Just focus on school and getting those grades without worrying about shit like car bills and all that other jazz.

What i would also do is transfer into an engineering program, that guarantees you co-op employment through out the summer (which usually covers most of your tuition fees and then some). And when you graduate you already have a level of experience on your resume which will strengthen your chances of internship (and theres nothing but GREEN pastures after that)
