I am not sure whether my reply was posted so I am trying again.

Kicking it is just wasting the woman`s time. It assumes that she has nothing better to do with her time. Since women give conflicting signals that guy who you think is kicking it may actually be trying to read your mind to see if you are also interested in him. Here, I do not include the guy who invites a woman to a football game and spends all the time looking at other women.

I think the guy should indicate his interest to the woman prior to going on a date. If she is not interested in him she should tell him. That saves each other a lot of time. My 2 cents worth.
