    Ah...CB. This could be.......trouble.

I am leaving in two weeks and the thought of another LDR is tough. \If I knew there was the possibility of some thing at the end, maybe. But due to circumstances he has to stay here for 3 years and I could NEVER live here.

Who knows what will happen, only time will tell.

    Next date: Tomorrow at 11am

Have a great time Van, I am so happy that you are feeling like this even for just this moment in time. I keep my fingers crossed that it will last and last and last and you will be absolutely sick of having fun with him!

This time in two weeks I will be on vacation dancing my derriere off on another island! YIPPPPEEEEEE :) Oh and may pay a visit to a crow's nest somewhere nearby.... bwahahahahahah:smt077

A scented candle is lit, I'm drinking wine, I'm eating cheese and crackers. What a fantastic night. :D

I definitely need more nights like these. :smt023

my mums had another fit and my sister refused to allow the paramedics to take her to hospital so i shall be driving down tonight to look after her

my mum has brain damage from a series of strokes in her 30's, she has severe alzhimers so can no longer talk to you and often doesnt recognise me. the fits are a recent addition but my sister refuses to allow her in to residetial care thou my mum needs 24 hour care ( she would lose the money from my mums benifits )

social services are now involved as the neighbours have made complaints of neglect as my mums locked in the house alone all day and the paramedics have put in reports about the state of the house.

none of this should be a suprise to the social worker as me and my other sister informed them of this 2 years ago as we had been banned from seeing our mum after my other sisters argued. i was only allowed access as she calls me to come take my mum to give her a break ( my sister is hardly ever home and does none of my mums care ) as ive had to say no to taking my mum as i cannot do full care on 2 people at once alone she tried to shut me out again, but hey she needs me now as shes refusing to take time off work to see doctors with mum

no point to this im just wound up

Seems family drama always occurs when someone is sick for a long time :( We had a lot of similar problems with my grandfather, who had severe dementia and alztheimer's for around 10 years before he died.

I hope you can figure out something, darling, and that your mom manages to get better care. Your sister should realize that your mother is the important one, not her selfish ass. My mom's brother acted similarly. He just wanted my papaw's money, and didn't care if he actually took care of him or not. It was stupid, and made me sad.

Nate and I are going to the movies tonight, for freeeeeee. Hooray for that. Student housing gives us one free movie night every quarter, so tonight we get to see a movie at the theater and get a free small popcorn and small drink.

Hooray for a date that we don't have to pay for.

Thanks for all the kinds words of support. The news caught me off guard and gave me a case of the blues. I'm still trying to break out of this emotional holding pattern I've been in since I heard the news, and get stuff done. The good news is that I've been browsing the forum more than I usually do. I can see how it can be addicting.
