1. I can do things with my toes/feet that you'd never dream, and would likely make all the foot fetishists around here explode...though I only use my powers for good.

I believe either 2 or 4 is the lie.1 margarita .I'd think at least 3 .. and abot 7-80 words per minute. Wow. that means less than 1 second average per 1 word. Hard to imagine.Hehe

I have no idea, but I can make up shit all day! haha.

And it was the margarita one. I'm part Irish, so I can generally hold my alcohol just as well as the guys I drink with, though unless I'm in the comfort of my own home I won't drink more than two. They mix them puppies strong where I get em! lol

I actually made it to 96wpm on a typing test once, but it was only with like 80 percent accuracy. I can get 100 percent accuracy at 70-75, and about 95-98 percent at 80. I type faster than I write, and almost as fast as I think. lol It's a great skill when taking notes in class, though all the clicking of the keys has been known to annoy my classmates.

And hilariously enough, I nearly failed typing class in high school. Took me forever to get the hang of not looking at the keys, though I've always been a speed demon. But when the teacher asked us, every week, to fill out these little sheets with a blank keyboard on them, I failed. lol

I laugh when I see receptionist jobs requiring only 30wpm...and then I cry cause none of them are available to me because of my school schedule! lol

 

Oh wow you guys got typing classes in high school?The school system here doesn't offer those. It's indeed easier to type when u see which letter/symbol is on which key though

 

It was just another bullshit memorization class, really. I don't recall any actual learning going on in there.

It actually took me years to realize I didn't need to look at the keys anymore. For a while I still glanced down and used the visuals as my crutch, until one day I noticed myself transcribing something I'd written on paper without looking away from said paper. I was like "whoa...when did that happen???" lol

It's like I keep telling my mom...if you really wanna get faster at typing all it takes is practice. I transcribed a lot of my writings, spent a lot of time on forums and in chat rooms, and every year my speed has went up. It is my goal to type so fast that I light this keyboard on fiiiiyah. mwahaha.

...I need to sleep and stop derailing this thread. lol But I caaaan't. argh!

I'll type some more truths about why I'm so hot.

1. I can knit -and- do macrame knot work.
2. I have a rock collection that contains pieces from around the globe.
3. I love reptiles and amphibians, and have a "pet" stuffed frog named Kremit, along with a tiny beanie baby froggy baby for Kremit named Jesus (Hey-soos).
4. I can play the banjo.
