an Interracial Film fro Brazil that I watched today rented at the video store. "The Man Who Copied" by Jorge Furtado "O Homem Que Copiava" TLA International
I just saw this movie about 6 weeks ago and found it thoroughly entertaining. I found the plot interesting and while it's a love story, it's not overwrought in a way that's typical of similar "boy meets girl" movies. I've seen a small number of Brazilian films and to say that they've been worth watching is an understatement.
Because Brazil is a melting pot. Correct me if I am wrong, isn't Brazil's blk pop is > 65 %? The majority of African slaves during trans atlantic movement got shipped to that country, so u figure they will have higher percentage of African descents there. Also in Brazil class and socioecnomic status weighs a lot more than one's hue or pigment of skin.
