Afraid to approach someone of another race?

This is true. Good Observation! Exceptional women are typically open-minded women. Think about it... these women are not subjected to limited thinking usually seen by racist women who for the most part out of sheer ignorance, haven't entertained the thought of dating a black guy(but believe me; the curiosity is there!!).

 

I was never afraid to talk to anybody, because of race or cultures.. I love different races, different cultures..I am always curious how they live, how they think..

Wherever I am I am talking to people, sitting next to me in the restaurant or the airport. It is innocent, I am talking a few minutes and leave then, Sometimes, when you feel, this person could be nice, you talk longer or drink a coffee together and you exchange phonenumbers...

For me, you should take out the pressure.. Just talk..(without any intention)

It helps a little bit, but I also like it, if people talk to me. I just don´t like when I have the feeling they bother me...

No, that´s not correct.. We have it easier to find somebody that´s right..But we have different problems, not all men are nice and gentle..

 

If you have it easy in finding Mr. right, then what is your problem? The biggest problem when it comes to dating is finding that suitable person for you. So if it is easier for you to find that right individual, then 80-90 % of your dating problems are gone.

 

What I meant was that when you get to know many men the chance to find Mr Right is higher, but to find Mr. Wrong, too. I made a lot of experiences with men, which became very rude, when I rejected them. Defamations, stalking or physical attacks. Or just jealousy between the men. That destroys a lot of business plans. .

It´s really the feeling somebody gives me, when we talk together. Is he nervous, is he talking to fast, does he stand to close.. then me red lights go on, immediatly. But if somebody is cool, not much interested, I feel comfortable... just an easy chat.

 

Right on. As a woman who approaches both men and women of different races I work with the eye contact thing. I look at both men and women I find attractive and a lot of bm look back - a fleeting look and then looking away means "don't approach" but continuing to look and give me the nod or a smile or hello means "open to approach" to me... but rarely do they actually approach me. I wish more would becuase I am looking but not finding, lol.

For me to approach I have to have some reason to talk with someone - to laugh and make a joke or an observation or ask a question or whatever... then just with that simple conversation can see how it feels and move forward or away.

I am shy about approaching people of other races when they are in a group that doesn't include anyone of my race... had a few bad experiences with that so I tend to avoid that situation unless I feel pretty specifically invited into the group.

How would you guys like a ww to approach you?

I don't typically approach guys but no I don't think I am afraid. Like others have said I guess you have that "do they like white girls?" thing in your head but most people are pretty open so it's cool. About every black guy that has approached me has asked in someway or another if I like black guys, I'm sure you can guess my answer.

 

Yeah, Im one of those guys who wear a shirt and tie but i have not ever been in a IR before and Ive been thru a divorce and decided to be more open. I have always been attracted but never acted.
