I really hope what goes around comes around cos I'm tired of being good to people and them using me as their door mat in return. It's painful...

You may not see things as you do.. Everything what you do, comes back to you. That´s all what counts. YOU. Everything what others do come back to them. It just takes sometimes.. It´s a logical consequence..I was able to see with so many people.

If somebody uses you, it´s not your fault, because you are always patient or nice, it´s his/their fault.. He is the wrong person, his mind, his character is not correct. To open your heart and your mind for somebody, to support is strong, not weak!

But for sure, you have to open your eyes, when you are with wrong people, they destroy you. So it´s sometimes not wrong to say, NO, although you would like to say, YES.

Yep I need to go by that more. Forgiveness is not bad but forgiving on and on again hasn't helped me much yet

You get back what you put out, but you also have to understand when it's not ok to be nice anymore. *nodnod*

My life became exponentially better when I stopped just being nice to everyone. Sometimes you just gotta look out for you, babe, and forget everyone else. When someone does you dirty it's ok to say "look, this ain't working out for me" and to move on. It's not being mean, it's being good...to you.

Sometimes the only person who's ever gonna be good to you is you, and by allowing others to walk all over you it's doing yourself a great disservice.

Tell them losers to eat a dick and put your walking shoes on. ;)

I'm trying.:) It would have been way easier if I had left after the first few red flags.. Argh. Another lesson learned but it's not too late.

We all have had those lessons. I know that there were many red flags with my last marriage that I just happily ignored...to my detriment. Never again, though. As long as you're learning from your mistakes, that means you're growing as a person, and will make better choices in the future. :smt023
