Heart vs Intellect

U never know if the heart makes the right choice orthe intelekt. It must fell right with heart and mind..... never made that expierence.

 

Arch, you can't expect a love interest to always make the first move. If you do, then you're depleting her "emotional coffers". You may fill them back up with your response, but you empty them first. You need to have a balance. If you're never making the first move, then how does she know if you're really "into her"? If only one person is making the first move, that gets tiresome after awhile and you're left wondering why the other person doesn't start anything.

Balance is key in any healthy relationship. Both parties have to give and take.

And you can't find love without taking some risks. Not every risk is going to pay off positively, but you won't learn to appreciate the risks that do pay off, without having the past experiences to learn from.

 

I tend to be a person of intellect in every aspect of my life. I analyze everything to within an inch of its life. LOL.

However, I will risk it all if I feel an intense connection with someone.

In my current pursuit of happiness, I'm taking things day by day and living my life and being "breezy". If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, I know that it will eventually happen for me, and I'm not stopping my life to wait for it. And I'll continue to experience life to the fullest, regardless. :smt112

Definately a heart person. The heart is a muscle and meant to be exercized.

But I have always been a risk taker and I think I have benefited just as much from my failures as I have my successes. Maybe even more.

No, no, Archman is not this person of consequent intellect. But he is willing to show us a small piece of his heart. I´m very curious..

You are careful and that is necessary for a responsible man.. but there is also a big heartbeat..

 

People are always talking about heartbreak. What about missed possibilities? To be in a IR Relationship is already a decision of heart, isn´t it? Everybody knows that this relationships will cause problems, problems of acceptance in public, maybe families or just the "Must" of explaining, why...

Or the lovy is a foreigner(tourist) and it´s possible that he has to leave the country again.

But it is a decision of heart.. Isn´t it a horrible imagination that your intellect could have prevented these feelings, you have now with your partner?

Intellect, security, in my eyes are important in business, when we talk about money. But for love, I only listen to my heart.

It depends on how bad the situation is.If there is any way it could work I go by my heart. If I cannot think of any way the liaison could succeed I will listen to my brain rather than to my heart.Usually I tend to make emotional decisions though
