I think I have more male friends. A lot of women(of course not all.I have 2 very good female friends as well) just hate too much and forget that we actually could rather give one another advice and share experience instead.
I'm also not too girly. Not much into shopping,make-up,and all.

only male friends. Sometimes a friendship with a woman comes, but never lasting.
As soon as a man comes up, it´s over:(

I know what you're talking about. The girl I considered my best friend ended up marrying my ex fiance. Then I had this other female friend. We were tight friends until she dropped out of high school and now that she moved to Oklahoma with her husband she doesn't contact me anymore at all

More guy friends. The girls I'm cool with are my friends because they are my friend's friends. I wouldn't hang with any of them one on one. They get annoying, and we just don't have enough shit in common. Pretty much, friends in a kickback with other friends way.

More female friends. But I think I get along better with my male friends, funnily enough. LOL

    Both.

I have had the same female best friend since I was 7. We have been through it all together. I also have a very tight knit group of friends that she is not a part of.

i have lots of guy friends that I love to do stuff with. Go go out on motorbikes, scuba, travel and just have a few drinks.

I think it is good to have a balance of both men and woem in your life.

I definitely have more male friends than female friends.

Females bring too much drama into my life. Between gossip, life drama. I can't take it most days. LOL.

Men just want to go out and have fun. They don't tend to care about anything but drinking and being merry (most of the time). And when I want to go out with friends, I seek out my male friends for that reason.

Otherwise, I tend to be a loner.

It's pretty much 50/50 but my closest friends are female.
There are certain things that I only do with my male friends (football) and certain things that I only do with my female friends (shoe shopping). Only one of my best friends is a guy though.
If all of my friends were guys, I would miss the things that you do with girls too much, and the things that you can only really talk to girls about. But it would be just as boring if all of my friends were girls.

I'm quite social and friendly so I don't really have a problem making friends with either gender and I don't hang out with bitchy girls so there's not really any jealousy amongst us.

Definitely same. I don't know many girls who want to talk about sports with me all day long lol.

I was a tomboy and jock when I was younger and could not relate to women at all (i.e., all male friends) until I was in my early 20's - Now I think its about 50/50

LOL! I beg to differ with that. Even if I LOVE that movie. None of my male friends have ever hit on me....except the married ones, and they're only "joking".

i have more male friends local...my best girlfriends all live in other cities...we see each other when we travel and pick up where we left off...the female friends i have that are local are moms of kids that my son either goes to school with or plays sports with so what we have in common is our children...

a few years ago i just gave up on having close girlfriends around me all the time...i can not stand the drama...they either want your boyfriend or expect you to find them one...if they don't have one then they make your life miserable...that is all they want to talk about...bores the hell out of me...be happy get a life use your vibrator and just when you least expect it a man will appear...

men are more fun to watch the game with...play dominos...they throw great house parties...play music...jam sessions...
