Why Males Are Idiots in Commercials

It has struck me by watching some commericals on the television. Why are males (all races) depicted as no thinkers, idiots, cowards or just plain stupid while the females are shown as thinkers, strong, aggressive, reasonable, and with common sense. Is this the fable "war against men" that we hear about in the culture war being played out in subliminal programming?

There are plenty of idiot woman in TV too. U can be sure, that woman get thiers to, maybe even more when it comes down to special stereotypes.....:smt089

 

I kinda notice. In commercials for fast food n' shit, or beer commercials. Don't see too much of it though, since I don't watch my shows on television.

 

Also that women do the most purchasing. Imagine if the roles were reversed and it was women constantly shown as idiots. The National Organization for Women (NOW) and others would be going crazy, and rightly so.

As for the feminization of men it's up to each man to "grow some balls" and not put up with the stuff society throw at us. Unfortunately, there's this sexual organ that women have that makes most men back down from the threat it might be taken or not given to them. Ironically, women are attracted to men who behave like MEN (i.e., so called BAD BOYS).
