Well, even though the LA Cleveland matchup I was hoping for ain't going down, I'm not trippin' too hard. As long as LA makes it to the finals. Showtime LA. Win or go home. But I think LA is back home tomorrow, but that doesn't mean they can be relaxed. As proven before, you can lose at home.
Of the remaining teams left, my ordering of those most capable of taking the championship. 1. Lakers 2. Magic 3. Nuggets 4. Cavaliers
I wouldn't laugh too hard there Tony, if the Magic keep knocking down the 3 ball, they will be a tough out, and there is no way Gasol or Bynum could handle Howard, assuming the Lakers keep their heads and put away the nuggets.
The Lakers must make a conscious decision to close this series out in 6 games on Friday. It is never guaranteed, but you have to make a choice.
Agreed ^. We need to close out this series and get little bit of rest. We've been going really hard for the past month or so and we're going to need all that we have going into the next round. As for the Eastern Conference Finals, I see Cleveland winning this next game and losing Game 6 in Orlando.

Seriously the Lakers need to keep playing like this and they'll beat anybody. They used the pick-and-roll to a destructive effect last night and even though they've got to stop letting teams either get big leads or getting themselves ahead only to let the opponent get back in the game, we've learned that when they get key stops and execute on offense, the game is theirs. It'd be tough, but if they can get the job done against Denver on Fri, the rest they might get before June 4 might help them a good deal. They've been using a lot of steam right now, some rest might come in just handy.
