    The Lakers are soft.

The Cavs are a one-man show.

The Nuggets have a dumb coach.

The Magic have Rafer Alston at point guard.

I think these conference championships could have used a little bit of Celtics.:mrgreen::mrgreen:

    But seriously, go Nuggets!

What's up with the Lakeshow in the first half L.A.? The Nuggs played like shizznit. They couldn't rebound, and couldn't defend. How are they only down 1?

Man, you know we blow leads. If the team isn't giving us a contest, we get kick back.

Just wait for the final score then get back to me. ;)

Besides, Lakers played like shit in Game 1's 1st half yet, we managed to come back and lead by one so it goes both ways.

True that. I'll definitely get back to ya at game's end. I'm hoping that game 2 will end just like game 1 did, with a team winning the game that had no business winning it. In this case, that would be the Nuggets. ;)

Nuggets take game 2, but the series was over after game 1. It may go 7, but I see it ending in 6.

Fuck Jesus. Allen, Garnett, and Pierce are all on the wrong side of 30 and won't be competitive for much longer.

The only thing the Cavs should concern themselves with playing is game 2 against Orlando. Don't look back. Don't look ahead. Focus on the here and now. The Lakers would be well-advised to stay focused on game 3 against Denver

It was an example of how soft the Lakers really are. Pau GaSOFT.:smt023

Man, what you talkin' bout? Pau did his part tonight. Ariza blew it. Funny how the man who made the game saving play last game, is part of the reason LA lost tonight. That, and the missed call on the jump ball violation, but it's too late to call shit now.

lol...you're in denial Sat. The Nuggs should have won game 1, and the Lakeshow should have won game 2. These two teams are evenly matched. Bryant is not a better scorer than Anthony, so that advantage is null and void. The Nuggets are going to win this series simply because the Lakers don't have any advantages over them anymore.

They shouldn't have traded Radmanovich. Now they don't have anyone to space the floor and hit 3's. If the Nuggets win game 3, i believe they'll win this series outright, because the Lakers have not shown thus far that they are a superior team to the Nuggets.

True. They're all on the wrong side of 30, but i do recall Jesus having a 51 point game in these playoffs, so it's not like he's done. There's no question in my mind, that the Celtics would have repeated if they were healthy. All they have to do is add a few pieces to the bench, and they're golden. :smt004

Oh, and i would have to definitely say, Carmelo Anthony has made "THE LEAP." He's now in the same stratosphere as Bryant, Wade, and James in my opinion. He just cannot be stopped. He can shoot the 3, he can shoot midrange, he can take you to the hole, and he can post up. There's no weakness in his game that i can see. He's matured. It's funny that all the guys who played on the olympic team, are now matured, and way better than they ever have been before. Carmelo is a freakin' stud.

What about Fisher? He's played that role in past Laker championship runs. Will he rise up?

I think the reason why they were comfortable trading Vlad was because they assumed Fisher, Vujacic, and others would make up for it, but it hasn't worked out that way. Fisher was 1-9 yesterday, and has honestly sucked all playoffs. So has Vujacic (who is my most hated player in the league by the way, so i'm glad to see him miss every single shot he puts up). Maybe they should try to get Adam Morrison going.
