anyone ever use blackplanet? one of my friends said she met a lot of guy friends on there.

I think it's a bit of both. It's not quite like facebook, people are a bit hornier on it.

I've been on it (am not currently - thinking of rejoining). There are a couple of discussion groups on there that I have had fun with. They have different topics.

I'm not on myspace or facebook or whatever - but it seems like it's similar to those places.

I think it's like anything, depends on what you are looking for and what you make of it.
