Seriously what a dumbass question. The only mixed black folks that are allowed to be considerd black are women I guess. Ask Rick Fox what he considers himself. To some fools the only TRUE black guy is one who is darker than Wesley Snipes, has his hair shaved off and speaks fluent Swahili. Funny how white people can claim to be everything from the most pale of skin and red of hair to olive brown with drak, greasy hair.
