As soon as i saw Ryan Reynolds in the preview chopping a bullet in half with a sword, i knew i wanted to avoid this movie at all costs.

I saw the first 5 minutes of this movie on bootleg, then immediately turned it off.

 

It's such a shame. The X-men franchise went from being amazing (X1 and X2) to now being horrible (The Last Stand, and now this movie from what i hear). What a waste.

 

I don't know what you all are crying about. The first half hour or so (all the way until Logan left his crew) was the best in the movie, it only went downhill from there.

Variety says Fox is expecting Iron Man numbers on this one. Not likely esp. after word-of-mouth kicks in.

Yeah Karma, i read a few reviews that all pretty much said the movie was good during the first half, but really went south after that. I can't really judge this movie yet because i haven't seen it, but man, if it's anything like Last Stand, i'll just save my money. That movie was sooo bad.

Ryan Reynolds ruined "Blade Trinity" for me.

 

Yes, it was an otherwise well-constructed narrative with superb screenwriting.

Upon watching it a few times, Ryan wasn't as bad in it as I thought he was. At the time I figured the white boy was trying to edge out Snipes and that colored (no pun intended) my judgment. The whole movie was troubled and you can't hang that on Ryan. He was a hell of a lot better in Wolverine, though.

 

Oh yeah, I agree. The first half hour or so was great. I wouldn't even say it went downhill from there, it just jumped off the damned hill.

Wolverine was indeed wack, but the video game based on the movie is awesome. Did anyone play it?

 

According to a lot of posters here, a movie sucks because it doesn't have a black dude fucking a white girl. Take anything with a grain of salt.

Ironman was good, Batman was great and Spiderman was decent. This Wolverine is so, so.

 

For real? This NEVER EVER happens in gaming(exception being Riddick).

 

Ajax man, this game is bloody as hell, you go throughout the game chopping heads and arms off, and getting your head blown off, and watching it heal up. it's tight.
