Aiiight, your missing my point. It's not that I don't like the idea of being in a relationship, it's just those terms we use instead of saying what the deal really is. If a couple is described as "dating" one another, they might as well say that they are in a comitted relationship and they are indeed fucking each other's brains out on a regular basis.

We never say all of those things so we just use the term "dating". The term just sounds so fake to me. Do you get it now?

Usually when a girl uses the date word it means there was no sex
involved. I heard quite a few white girls that said they never dated
a white guy before, but when you asked them slept with a white guy
they are like "oh yeah". So females from what I've known there is a difference in dating and sleeping with someone.

 

Date to me means a relationship... well everyone over here uses it like that. If it was just sex I'd say hooking up.

We say dating because it means two people are interested in each other. Some people who are interested in each other are fucking, some aren't, but people who aren't them don't need to know if they're fucking or not, they just need to know if they're available or not. If they're dating, they're both less available than if they're not dating, but more available than if they were married. Maybe they're fucking, maybe they're Mormons, but either way there's a slightly lessened chance of them fucking other people, and that's the only part of the description that is of any value to anyone else.
