Yes,it's true,Spain,Portugal,France,Italy and Romania are countries of roman descent, considered latin counties, cause latin was the language spoken in the Roman Empire. So if I'm half spanish, half romanian of course I'm of roman (latin) descent but that doesn't mean I'm not white cause here latins are just a european grup, like anglo-saxons ,germanic ppl, slaves - all of them white ppl. In South America latin-americans (hispanic ppl) are not white cause spaniards and portugueses that colonized Latin America mixed with local native ppl (although there are some white ppl only of european descent). So,technically speaking it's incorrect to call hispanic ppl "latins" but the term is popular in the US.
Actually, we talk more about latin languages than latin (roman) descendent countries. Spanish, french are latin languages. People who are considered "latin" are spanish or portuguese people, not even italian or french people. That's why south-central-american ppl are defined as latin. They were colognized mostly by spanish ppl (besides brazil and some little others maybe). By the way, I agree that latin-american people don't look very "white", but they are still caucasian if we really want to talk about RACES, thing that I hate. Then, there are ethnic groups inside the caucasian "race", so yes, native, latinos, nordic etc. But that's retarded in my opinion. For old anthropology, basically causasian is everything that doesn't fall into the following categories: - negroid; - monogloid; - aborigen. I repeat, that's very old antropology and is not even politically correct anymore. Bookworm, correct me if I'm mistaken
That what I was getting to, thank you Commonly known as Romance languages. I'm up on my anthropology, TS. My point is just that what Americans refer to as latinas is different than what I've witnessed here in Iberia.

My friends think her face looks like a mannequin but it fits the Terminator role. I think she's beautiful myself.
Hey, sorry, I didn't mean to school you or anything, it was more for ppl who think that italians/latinos etc are not white and stuff like that. I'm just picky about it.
Off the top of my head (no particular order) : Scarlet Johanson Natalie Portman Dana Plato (when she was Kimberly on Different Strokes) Monica Belluci Amy Acker (Fred from Angel) Charlize Theron is a nice looking woman. I haven't see her in anything, I quickly googled some of her pictures since I've heard so much about her.
Aren't most Latinos of Native American or mixed Native American and Spanish descent? She was very pretty. I'm sorry that her life ended the way that it did.
