I'm trying to tone up my inner thighs a little. Does anyone have any tips concerning exercises to do so? I know 2 but it's more fun the more variety it is.Hehe Like I know this one.You have to lay on your back. Then stretch out both legs straight, then move them apart(looks like a V then),hold it for a while and then move them together and repeat that a few times. The other exercise requires u to lay on your back as well.Legs in 90 degrees angle(knees). Then stretch them out straight so they almost touch the floor, hold that position for a moment and go back into starting position..Repeat it a few times then. If anyone has other effectful tips I'm all ears
try grabbing some 5lb dumbells... do lunges.. maybe 3 sets of 25 also remember, bodies are made IN THE KITCHEN hope i helped
These movements you've describe here will improve tone in that area but you will not be able to see and appreciate it until you address your calories.........a full 70% of the battle to get those thighs just the way you like them is in the diet ! ! !.........In addition to your exercises, try 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 normal meals and cut back on the starches and sugars after 6:00 pm.......you'll be stunned at how the tone will come all over !
I'm already doing the smaller meals thing.Hehe.I just tend to be very hungry in the evening lately and not so much in the morning
just watch what you eat, and try and exercise daily you'll be fine we should be promised AFTER pics for this advice
Hip Adductors Hey Be-you-tiful86, I found a few exercises to add to the suggestions already given. One thing to remember is that in order to tone you'll basically be losing body fat from the entire body instead of just a single targeted area. You will feel the burn of the muscles beneath that targeted area. Well I also started some biking.jogging.walking paired with stretching and exercises...More fruits and vegetables.Less fat and carbs.Less coke and sodas but more water...I hope that's a good start...hehe I do have a question though... Is it better to work out in some way each day of the week or make it 5 days and give the body 2 days to rest? I heard both sides so far and am not sure which is best
DonĀ“t eat to many fruits, they still have sugar. Stay with vegetables and salads. And for workout, try Pilates
