lol when I used to hit the gym on campus, I NEVER wiped the thing down, before or afterward. I guess that was an old habit, from lifting with my football teammates in high school, where we hit the gym and lifted one behind the other, without worrying about wiping anything down. We just got it in, swoled up, pounded each other, and that was that. Seriously...when you hit the field at 6am, during summer camp, and do calisthenics and drills on soggy grass in shorts and tees, you don't mind dirt. I used to ride the bus with the same dirty ass clothes I practiced in. :toimonster:
Guys are like that more than girls. I was next to a guy at the gym and he reached down inside his shorts adjusted everything and then grabbed the handles on the lunge machine. My best friend and I looked at each other laughed and said ewww no lunges today.
I TELL ya what mayne, dang 'ole naked workouts mayne, talkin' 'bout dat dadgum on da stair masta mayne, dang 'ole tired mayne talkin' 'bout pooped!!!
That actually depends on the type of gym you frequent and which gender is the majority. The gyms I've attended the rule is all members must clean off the machines once they have completed their sets. We actually have multiple bottles of disinfectant cleaners perched right over the corrugated paper throughout the gym. The few who refuse to follow the rules get a warning upon leaving the gym from personnel. Even hardcore gyms although not heavily enforced like commercial gyms respect the other members to clean off their sweat left on the bench. Cheers!
seriously tho.. i never paid it any mind, but some people did carry spray bottles and towels with them... I just looked like 'what the hell are they doing' lol old habits die hard..I guess that's why so many athletes get ringworm and jock itch
