I like to hear what other listen to while at the gym. I have gotten lots of iPOD suggestions from hearing what inspires others.

One of my favorites Outkast - The Way You Move

I also have some songs from Asafa Powells ipod running playlist which is alot of reggae music.

i dont really have any favorite workout songs...

i usually turn on my tv tho and watch something manly like the military channel, or NFL network..anything with husky lookin dudes, usually puts me in the mood to lift and get my swole on

if i'm running, i dont usually listen to anything.. i just fill my camelbak with water and go

I have a BPM counter program. I put in a few details about my workout and it selects songs from my iTunes.

I had not heard of such but I just googled it and now I will need to read up on it. I have several reggae songs that I run to simply because the beat keeps me from speeding up and running too fast.

I like Prince so I may just have to add some of him to my workout playlist.

I like to listen to music at the gym because it keeps me from getting bored. I bore easily and if I have songs I want to hear I am more eager to get there and listen. Also I have what my best friend calls my gym stalker. If I have my ipod in he can't talk to me. He follows me all over and his favorite thing is to ask me to share machines with him. Its not that I am not nice but there are other machines open and he does this nearly every time and slows down how quick I can get out of there. His favorite thing is to ask if he can adjust the machine while I am on it. I mean umm no!! And he's not my type. ;)

At the gym no iPod, the cord always get in the way of the weights, and it takes away from my focus.

When running, I like to listen to the Fine Young Cannibals, Dr Dre, Snoop or Digital Underground. But for me it always has to be an album vs a collection of random songs.
