I understand where you're coming from!
I've been taking a few art classes and computer classes (the typical schedule for my degree) and a lot of the graphic design students have the same schedule as mine. I've gotten to know a few of the girls pretty well but sadly I'm still shy around guys that I'm attracted to. I don't know why I'm like that. I hate it. It's like I lose control of everything and freeze!
Well, a few months ago I was leaving for the day and one of the guys in my class (a very handsome bm) aked if he could walk me to my car. I was social and totally myself while we walked and when we got to my car he looked at me and told me (as nicely as someone could say this) that he was confused because I "sort of come off as a bitch." :shock: I was stunned (and a little angry that he would be so bold) but I could understand why someone would say that. He went on to point out the multiple times he's said hi to me, attemting to start a conversation, and I just say hi back and continue walking to my car. I explained to him that I'm just really shy around men/groups of people in general. I don't mean to come off as bitchy, I'm just really nervous!!! :-?

Anyway, I don't talk to that friend anymore. Turns out we just don't have that much in common. Heh.

I never thought about it a lot if bm will like me as almost all my life i used to look at blonde men with blue eyes anyone else passing by i will not even look at. only a year maybe i started to find other races to be atractive
even with wm i will not look at if they had black hair always had to be blonde

Oh, I adore the soccer mom types. I like so many types, but love classy, feminine women in general. I have a thing for waitresses, too, mainly because I enjoy the friendly, courteous smiles, even if they mean nothing.

The following is pretty accurate almost almost everywhere. It seems like the WW with booties(not necessarily big) and the thick ones get more attention from BM than the other ones. It seems to me that the continental Africans in general were the most extreme regarding these preferences.

I can't. I've tried it but it just feels unnatural. I can't put one of those obviously fake, forced, or superficial smile like I see too often from people(especially women) here in America.

Like I said, I am usually freon faced wherever I go, so I appear as approachable as an SS officer walking the streets of Paris in 1942. The paradox is that I am actually a funny guy and I like to flirt alot, but I am just too shy around many people and I am never comfortable trying to start a conversation with a woman I don't know without formal introduction through a third party. I am still experiencing culture shock after so many years in America.

 

Yeah, thank you for telling her that because that's what I keep on trying to make her undersand. She's just fine and has enough pictures to prove this. If she doesn't believe us, all she had to do is either leave her city and fly to the US, the Caribbean or anywhere in Sub-Saharan Africa to see how much attention she would get from brothas. I understand what U say btw, if it's not in your nature, u can't do anything about it. Just stick with explaining things later to women who ask u. If I was interested in a guy, I wouldn't even think that he might not like me for my race, I'd just try and see, so they can do the same

Not that I'm Hitch (Will Smith), but women love guys who smiles alot, pays attention to details, funny, laid back, humble and a complimenter. These traits work like charm whether you're at work, school or at any settings.

Mach you are a good conversationalist, multilingual and a seasoned traveler. You should not have any problem in striking up a decent conversation with beautiful women.

Shyness is not a cool trait. Growing up I was kind of a shy kid and lost in lots of things, then I realized it was a stupid trait and outgrew that shit like nothing.
