Another loss, and more injuries for the C's. Powe sprained his knee in the first quarter, and Rondo sprained his ankle again in the third. Lady luck is just not on their side this year. They continue to be awful without Garnett. They go from being the top defensive team in the league with him, to giving up 130 points to the Bulls in regulation. That speaks volumes about his importance to that team.

I don't get it.:smt102 I'd love to see the Lakers win without Kobe (Garnett), Powell (Powe), Ariza (Davis), Walton (Scalabrine), and Vujacic (Tony Allen).

    Damn. More injuries?

Hmm. This will be interesting to see how the Playoffs turn out.

Its looking like things are in Cleveland's favor this year.

ROFLMAO! Looks like you spoke too soon Sat. Andre Iguodala one-upped your man-crush Kobe. YOU FAIL.:smt042

SoCal, you and Ajax are classy Laker fans. Tough loss, and good game. I just had to laugh at Sat. He had that one coming for talking about the Celtics losing.

Phil recently criticized them for the lack of resolve at the end of games and they showed it tonight, but unlike those bitches you root for in Boston, my boys are going to keep rolling ahead not backwards.

LOL at Phil trying to criticize his players, as if they actually listen to him. Phil doesn't do anything, but sit on the sideline half-way zoned out. He doesn't coach. Anyway, as long as you have Kobe "The Chuck" Bryant, games will always come down to the wire in Laker land. Gasol has been shooting like 90 percent from the field the last couple games. There's no reason why he shouldn't get the ball down the court every time. Maybe if he did, all the games wouldn't be coming down to the wire like that, and give scrub teams like the Sixers a chance to steal a victory.

I'm verry dissapointed w/ the way things turned out last night.

I had a feeling we would have a hard time closing the game.

    Inconsistency.

They need to use Gasol more if they wanna seal these wins.

Kobe was cold last night from the field goal, yet, he kept trying to throw that shit up there and I know why he did(to get his rhythm back) but that shit wasn't a good idea.

He threw away the game in the last minute w/ the turnovers.

It shouldn't have come down to a 2-pt game.

Is this Clevelenad's year, or what?

Sorry assed Bulls can't hold on to a double-digit lead at home, 2-0 series sweep.

    If the Playoffs started today:

    *Home teams are in Bold.*

    In the East

Cleveland would face off against Detroit

Orlando would face off against Chicago

Boston would face off against Miami

And Atlanta would face off against the Sixers

    In the West

L.A. Lakers would go against the Mavs

San Antonio would go against Utah

    Houston would go against Portland

And Denver would go against New Orleans

    **Noteables**

Phoenix is 4 back of Dallas, with only 10 left to play. Dallas would have to go on an incredible losing streak in order for Phoenix to slide into 8th.

Detroit could eventually take back the 7th seed once healthy, which would mean a first round matchup with Orlando. That's very bad for the Magic because Detroit ALWAYS has their number, so we could potentially see one of the top 3 of the East get knocked off in the first round.

Almost time for the playoffs fellas. Very exciting times!

    Bynum is back, it's over.

The play starting at :58 shows why Kobe is the most creative playmaker in the league.

Alright, so I think it's going to come down to Cavs, Celtics, Lakers and Nuggets.

As for the last two teams, well, I know the Lakers will be in the Finals.

Cleveland is going to give Boston a run for their money so that is going to be a battle to the end.

I can't wait until the Playoffs start! :partyman:

    My verdict:

The Cavs are going to the Finals in the East. On the West side, i say be watchful of Utah and San Antonio. The Jazz always are much more dangerous in the playoffs, especially at home and San Antonio didn't win last year so they'll be looking to be where they usually are every other year - on top of the basketball world.

Don't count your eggs before they are hatched, people!
