"Race To Witch Mountain" made $25M to top the box office in a string of box office hits for the Rock so how come he's not a bigger star!!!????!!!!!
I think he needs to be in more serious movies, with better scripts. I've not seem Race to Witch Mountain though so I don't know how good it is. I love The Rock though, I really hope that he gets better scripts in the future :heart:
Definitely needs more serious movies with better scripts. The shame of it is, he CAN act. He's wasted in most of the films he's been in. I love Dwayne (hate that darn wrestling name LOL ). He's one yummy guy. :smt045
I didn't think the Rock would be this big in movies. I remember back in like 6th or 7th grade, The Rock made his first appearance in The Mummy Returns. The Brahma Bull is the shit. "Do you smell it, mufucka?" I remember on an episode of Smackdown, The Rock Rock Bottomed Stephanie McMahon and on the next episode of Samckdown, Mick Foley aka one of the greatest wrestlers of ALL god damn time asked her about her back n' shit. Mick Foley: So Stephanie. How does your back feel? Stephanie: Well I- Mick Foley: IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW YOUR BACK FEELS!!!!!!!!! Shut her down. EH!!!!! It was a classic Mick line. I miss the days of wrestling, back when it was good.
