what a question, do you personally know any black men from italy? if so, how many? cos i cant imagine there being much

I worked with some nice looking and interesting northern Italian , last year.
About the bother , i do not know if many of the brothers staying in italy are english speaking.

I live in france, in the south coast of france, it's not very far away from the north of italy!

I think she means some brothers in the Navy think they are God's gift to women and take advantage of their kindness and hospitality.
