Ah, see, they don't like the English that much so they weren't too nice to us there.
Wales is worse though, as soon as they know that you're English, they instantly start shouting at you in Welsh even though they NEVER speak Welsh at any other time.

Lol, I think all parts of the UK kinda have a little hate for each other. When I've been in England I've been called things and the English kids at school used to get shit said to them too.

You're right about the Welsh and their fake stupid language, it's only used on signs. Same with Gaelic - I've NEVER met a Scottish person who spoke it yet they play it on BBC2 here during the day, WHO is watching it?!

I was just in Manchester yesterday. See my mom is Irish and my Dad English and I am American. As an American, I found the Irish to be nicer and they don't have mean cops, those repressive cameras, and they still have freedom of speech. I was almost fined on the train in Manchester for resting my foot on the opposite seat.

Texas...it's cheaper than Florida, NYC, Chicago, London, or LA...and it's centrally located between the Far West Coast of the U.S. and Europe...if not Texas...definitely Chicago since it's centrally located.

For ecomony reasons Spain or Portugal. Texas with the exepetion of Austin and large cities is not good.

Of course...I was thinking Austin, San Antonio, Houston...or maybe Dallas...most small towns in any state would be off-limits...especially in The Lone Star State.

yeah really, unless you got something to hide, you shouldn't mind

but if you like picking ur nose, wanking in public, or just simply robbing guys on GP, then yeah, you need to be away from that

See that attiude is what has allowed the UK to go to a near police state, where tourists are threatened with a 100 pound fine for resting their foot on the seat opposit them on the train.

I'm not really defending this, I know it's crazy, but we don't REALLY get that many tourists in Manchester.
And none of us are allowed to put our feet up on the seats opposite, anyway...

I quite like the fact that we have cctv everywhere. I have nothing to hide, so I'm not perticularly arsed if we have a few extra cameras here and there.
I can see how it can be intimidating to people who aren't used to it, though.
