If your roughly 20-30lbs overweight you tend to be thick but that only comes if you had some "Curves" to start. No amount of highly processed foods is going to turn a flat ass, round nor a flat chest full or give you a coke bottle shape. Nobody has every said "Eat you way to a great body", it actually should be "Eat your way to the new you and you might not like the results..."
well jeesh some of you people on here are rather judgemental. all i have to say about this whole topic is. we are all made and put into our skin for a reason. this is the way we are supposed to be. we are not supposed to all be the same! so who gives anyone the right ot tell someone they are not beautiful! everyone is beautiful in their own way. and beauty is in the eye of the beholder! and girls half of the guys who judge girls and say fat or whatever and i only date skinny girls, they are not good enough to be that picky! they really are not! its about what you see yourself as bigger girls (i will not use the term 'fat') are beautiful too! i think self image has alot to do with how other people veiw you. i am a bigger girl im not gonna lie. i dont know how much i weigh i shy away from the scale because i was a gymnast for about 15 years and i have muscles and muscle weighs more than fat. but you know i love me and my body is mine, and anyone who doesnt like it thats all on you! use girls with curves and a little more have nothing to be ashamed of! but you call some of these girls fat id hate to see what you think of me all im trying to say is everyone needs someone to love them and before you go and judge you need to look at yourself because half the people that are 'picky' have no reason to be. its like the pot calling the kettle black. HONESTLY i know that im 5'6 and i wear a size 12 and i have a butt and curves and 36 D chest so whatever to the rest of you I THINK IM BEAUTIFUL LOVE ME OR HATE IT!
