    7. If you were Madonna, what would you do for your next publicity stunt?

    8. If you were going to die in ten minutes and could confess only one thing in order to pass with peace of mind, what would you say?

    DH:

    1. If, in order to save your life, someone you know had to donate their heart to you (without dying), whose heart would you want inside yourself?

    2. If you had to name a single best deed a stranger has done for you in your lifetime, what would it be?

I have 2 questions for Saty, DH, Books, Britty or whomever is next to answer, lol:

    1. What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?

    2. What is the worst piece of advice and why?

    Cheers.

    1. What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Get off your ass and just do it! :p
Courtesy of my man. I tend to make excuses and procrastinate. I'm stubborn and lazy. So for me, that's pretty good advice. Yes, you gotta get a bit "tough" with me for it to work too, heh.

    2. If you could do/be anything (professionally) in the world, money and time being no object, what would you be/do?

I don't know, I'm really not very "career-y", heh. I'd love to do "nothing" and just live my life instead of wasting hours putting in work in order to afford the cost of it/"living". Does that make sense? I don't believe that there is any job out there that I would enjoy so much as to not feel like it's work.

    Your turn!

    Athena:

    1. If you could have overheard a specific conversation between any two people, which would it be?

    2. If you could have the power to hypnotize anyone for a day, who would you pick and what would you have them do?

  6. Athena

    1. That's a good one, I can think of so many! Let's say Einstein and his god/God.

    2. Funny that you ask that, I actually have studied hypnosis (and been certified at a basic level) and have hypnotized people both professionally and for family/friends. If I could hypnotize someone for a day and get them to do my bidding (so evil) it would have been GW Bush when he was in office and would have been to get him to reverse most of his ridiculous decisions. Oooooorrrrr a stunningly gorgeous hottie to clean my house (etc) nakked. lol

So how long must we wait until we can ask someone two questions again? And once someone has answered 10 questions, we can't ask them any more? And what if someone chooses to not answer a question? Does that still count as one of their 10?

:smt036 Oh yea! I like the latter in question 2, LoL (it cracked me up). That's cool that you've studied hypnosis. I know a thing or two as well. Enough to get pissed off at how people portray it on silly TV shows/movies. But not as much as I'd like to know. ;)

I'll join in. I don't think this thread stayed as focused as it was meant to but nevermind. I'm probably helping to confuse it lol :p

1 - I know one should never have regrets but what is one thing you truly regret in your life?

2- What super power would you like to have?

  10. 1. Going on field trips in elementary school.
    2. Bacardi
    3. Well, I truly don’t know!

  11. 1. Not dating white females during my youth.

    2. Healing Factor, healing at a superhuman rate like Wolverine.

Reading the sincerity behind a kind gesture can be difficult, but I can't say that anything in my memory for which I expressed gratitude was a mistake.

Although I haven't done it in two years, I used to drive down to Mexico with friends at night. The rule of law is more of a suggestion than a firm principle down there. There are also violent drug cartels along the border who behead rivals and set their bodies on fire. A tourist, however, stands a better chance of being harassed by the police and having to bribe their way out the situation than having to deal drug gangs though. Definitely not child's play.

    I'll make this my 7 and 8.

Hmm. I don't actually ask for advice and tend not to listen when people volunteer it. A person would have to be extraordinary for me to seek out their opinions on my life and I haven't met too many of those. What I tend to do is immerse myself in good books (literature, philosophy) and decide on what I should do from there.

Anyone who ever advised me that I needed religion to "live right"; it's a silly and arbitrary thing to say to a person.

What is your favorite childhood memory?

Favourite childhood memory would be the first time I went to the Kruger national Park(South Africa) and doing a night drive with the game rangers. Parents paid a little extra for this privilege, but it was well worth it. It was actually the first time I saw a leopard in the wild (seen it in the zoo, but the feeling isn’t the same). We were using flash torches, so even though it was dark it was actually easier to see animals than during the day (during the day they camflouge themselves) but because the torch tends to reflect the eyes you literally get to see everything that has eyes. So I got to see a lot of animals that night...

    What is your favorite drink

I tend to drink Jack Daniels and pepsi.

Where do you see your country going in 20 years?

With regards to the UK, I see it aligning more with Europe, possibly dropping the pound and adopting the Euro. I think UK's ties with the USA are going to lessen, and with the Emergence of Far East economies, the UK's role within the world economy is going to take up a lesser role.

This will my 9 and 10.

Not focusing in my youth. I've rebounded unlike anyone I know, but could've gone even further with greater self-discipline.

To see the future. Lottery numbers, bad relationships, endless possibilities.
