Ten per cent of UK children 'now part of mixed race family'

Anyone who states there arguement the way Maikom has, basically the man has a problem with Bi Racial kids and does not date white women whatsoever!

This is just another thing to start a ruckus, i looked at the thread the first day he put it up and hoped no one would warrant him with a post.



Anyway Sarah, dont move to London i lived in Bow for over 6months, nowhere to park there's fat chance of a nice safe green space to take your son, plus side there is good public transport and everything is always open

But when it starts to rain and some arsehole has towed away your car for something you did not realise was a contravention, your perception changes, ie you dont care if the corner shop is open all night and you are 10 mins away from West End. Its a great place to visit, but not live,
unless your single with no kids and money to burn ie you can afford to live in the nice places, me and my husband payed £600 a month to live in a shared house with another couple.

Id recommend somewhere on the outskirts, but even those places are not tip top, ie Woolwich, Abbey Wood, Thamesmead, Erith, Dartford, Crayford, Lewisham, Catford, Sydenham, Crystal Palace, Norwood, Dulwich and some go for Croydon which to me personally counts as Surrey!

None of the above places would i live with kids, bloody miserable places, although i like Bromley and Old Bexley a few others.
Well anyway just trying to say the reality is very different.

I think I'm slightly more bothered by the statistic that one in ten UK children suffer child abuse.

 

By the way I live in London and it's not all bad, although I can sorta see where Francie is coming from. I pay about £500 to live in a shared house which is about 30 minutes walk from the West End. But I wouldn't want to raise a family in this part of the world, fun as it is as a young single woman.

I lived in St. Albans for a while (10 months or so) as a child. Does that count as London? I believe it does, but it's certainy the outskirts though. I liked it a lot. But I know, from experience, that living somewhere as a child, and living there as an adult can be two very different things.

Re statistics. I have a book on minority groups which notes that the black (i.e. of African/Caribbean descent) population stood at 8% in about 2004. It has proportionally risen since then. Still, the statistics are probably misleading in the sense that, only in the big cities (London, Birmingham, Manchester) will you see huge numbers of interracial couples. In many parts of England (particularly the far North East, or the West Country) you are unlikely to see many or any black people at all. I took a visit to Canterbury last week and did not see one black person in the whole day. But in London you can go to some areas and only see people from minority groups: where I live has a very high volume of black, Hispanic, Asian people. The numbers of black people are also largely consistent with areas which have a smaller or larger number of other immigrant or asylum seeker populations. For example, my home town (Wellingborough) has a very diverse racial mix due to a government 'project' in the 1960s/1970s to 'move' immigrant populations away from London to settle and build lives in other areas - the town is about 70 miles from London. As a consequence, although the area is quite small minded and provincial, the racial mix is extremely varied - my high school class spoke about 10 languages between them, and half the class was from an ethnic 'minority'. Yet, strangely, even there, many of the groups would stay rigidly in their groups: the Indian and Pakistani children largely mixed with others of their own descent. The black kids, however, hung out with many of the white kids, and didn't seem so protective.

 

I think guys like Malikom want to sleep with white women but would never be in a relationship with them. From his other posts it's clear he hates black women and is using white women as a last resort, which is sad really. He gives off supremicist vibes. If a woman here talked the way he did but about black men she'd be hung, drawn and quartered around here. Don't you just love double standards.

Canterbury is my part of the world, i can assure you that IR does exceptionally well in the Surrounding areas and full black couples living in Kent is increasing, its just that its so exspensive in Canterbury IMO, it puts most people off living or going out there last time went was Boxing day sale at Debenhams.

But come West 10 or 15 miles its rampant lol.

That makes sense. I wondered if it was just because there were more tourists around but it was a quiet day. Kent in general definitely has a higher black population.
Where I definitely didn't see ANY black people - Cornwall!!! Not even one! Oh - and the Lake District. Most of Cumbria is white people with really weird accents. :smt005

 

Thats not my take on malikom. I think the kid has an interest for controversial interacial relations. He never truly projects solid convictions on anything, just a fence sitter in my opnion.

And you should stay in Scotland, i think. Relocating to an "action packed" (aka violent area) primarily because it increases your chances meeting "more" black men, is something a 19 year old kid would do......oh wait....nvm

I had to Drive my Nan to Weymouth, a week i was there, i did not see one black person believe me i was looking lol, although im thinking its more to do with where it is and there basically being nothig there.

Most boring holiday of my life by the way, beautiful!! but oh soooo painfully boring.

 

Uhmm St Albans, is that Middlesex or Hertforshire <- may have spelt that wrong, im sorry im not sure it does count, do you have to pay for petrol before you fill up is my area test, if you have to handover money before they switch on the pumps, to me says duff area lol

I think St Albans is to far away from the fights in middle of the street that stop traffic ( have seen this in Sydenham, Abbey Wood and Woolwich )

You should move to "anywhere" other than the worst places [i.e ghetto]

I dont know what to tell you here, but to keep it real: bigger citties have more jobs, more multiculturism,and more interracial unions. However most employments would be too menial, especially for someone[in this case you] who just graduated college. The interracial relationship are far more of a class thing than anything.

You should move to a better neighborhood (or stay in scotland), even if it means seeing "interraciality" only on weekends. But i dunno,,,just do whats good for you, i guess....nobody else matters

Overall, his posts are always very critical towards white people. He apparantly doesn't like us very much. Ww are good for fucking, but hardly even that seems like it, cause a woman who's willing to be with a black guy, must certainly be "bottom of the barrel" (to use his own words).

To be honest with you, ive never seriously paid much attention to the core of his arguments. I only read a proportion and determine my own conclusion as to what he is about. So maybe if you provided some reference other than the one where he states that black men only date the bottom of the barrel white women, then maybe id believe you.

Like i said, the guy has a thing for interracial affairs, let him have it. Also, some of the things he says do in fact relay to the truth. I mean, sure not every black guy out there dates the "bottom of the barrel" white woman, but if we were to conduct a research, firstly with an analysis of what precisely "bottom of the barrel" indicates, and relating this definition to the amount of negro loving white women who share these attrbutes ,only then would be come to a true conclusion of whether that "theory" he projected is in fact true.,,,,,but based on your own personal observation, im sure you, yourself agree with him to an extent
