    Thanks dude.

Lifetime usually steers very clear of IR. Things might be changing.

Just think: I might actually impress my girl and watch a Lifetime movie! :smt015

I saw the listing and advertisement for this one. You're right. They usually avoid "controversial" topics on Lifetime like it's the plague. They only put it on as a byproduct of a dysfunctional relationship that society will never really accept. But then, what should anyone expect for a network geared largely toward white, suburban women?

But alas, I seriously doubt ANYTHING will change. This is just another example of Hollywood wishing that IR is a passing fad. They'll never make a serious commitment to it.:smt011

It's really going to be up to American women to change it.

Personally, the last time I watched one of their movies, I was so bored that I nearly went into a coma.

all stereotypes are based on some truth....just exaggerated and generalized.

I would like to know who the participating parties were in real life....surely it was a an collaboration of a number of black married athletes/white bootycall stories....lol

I watched that movie and i loved that movie because i believe the woman who gave birth to the child really fought hard to keep her son but in the end really respected the wife of the basketball player who became close to her son and had kept the connection between both families together after a long dragged out court battle. That took alot of heart and courage and It just shows that no matter what race you are we can form a bond together.;)

you said it was stereotypical...it seems ..maybe you were stating the obvious but seemed to be truly disgusted...i'm just saying its not that serious.....the movie responding to the LCD....sex..with some drama.

last year, they had a movie about a woman with a sex addiction..she was hitting a random...even perving on her best friend's husband near the end...I thought it was entertaining from the viewpoint of a female.
