Well Brotha Ajax, Has taken my Ricky scene, oh well. Right this is probably gonna be a bit mainstream, but John Coffeys execution gets me Everytime when Alex Winter starts crying when wetting the sponge, even the book version of Green Mile execution gets me.
This brings a wince kind of tear to the eye, Its the Brit film about life in a Borstal ( Scum) and this is the (whos the Daddy now clip)
Me too, heh, if you wanted me to list every movie that has made me emotional and blubber happy or sad tears, it would take me hours!!! Hell, I got emotional watching an old couple get all lovey dovey in an insurance commercial when her old man almost kicked the bucket. I'm an emotional girl.
Pay It Forward ending. American Beauty ending. American History X ending. So many people miss the message of this movie. 25th Hour - I guess this shows how emotional I am. It's not even a sad ending really. Powerful though. :smt010 "this life came so close to never happening" The Elephant Man - Doesn't need an explanation really. Kidulthood ending:smt085
The American History X ending was pretty sad. The movie itself was very good, thought-provoking as well
Some scenes from Miracle At St. Anna. I would list the scenes but I don't wanna spoil it for those who haven't seen it. That movie had me choked up in a couple of parts. Probably one of the best movies I've ever seen in my life.
American History X has me bawling every time. Across the Universe - this scene is my favorite in the movie. It's very powerful, with the two stories intertwined together with the music. I start getting choked up when the first signs of the riot in Detroit show up, and by the time the funeral scenes are underway I'm nearly sobbing. *sniff* The Notebook gets me, too, but not for the obvious reasons. It's not because it's a chick flick that's supposed to make you cry, but because it deals with a character who is in the later stages of dementia and reminds me of my papaw. He died after suffering from Alzheimer's disease for 7-10 years. SPARTANS! HAROO! I cry when Leonidas and his men die Gladiator - one of the greatest movies ever. The Color Purple has countless scenes that make me cry. I think I spent the entire movie crying, actually. A lotta movies make me cry. I'll think of more later.
Sarah S, American beauty always makes me cry when his wife goes to the closet and presses herself into his clothes, heartbreaking DH !! i totally forgot about Gladiator, one of the best Post as many as you think of its been entertaining to watch.
I saw The Notebook with my ex. The Alzheimer's stuff was pretty moving and sad. It's scary, to be honest with you, not being able to remember friends and loved ones whom you shared your time with.
UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is on my top movies I hate list. I KNEW from the start it was there story. Alos hate Titanic, DUH the boat sinks!!!. Also hated Atonement. But nights in Rodnathe, another Nicholas Sparks movie makes me cry.
I quite liked the Notebook when it came out i thought it was well done, i'd read the book before i watched it so i was prepared and did not cry, it was terrible when she had lucid moments they were worse than when she did not know who he was
