    I do curse, but I try not to do it around my mom and other family members. I don't think I curse too much though.

    Offline, I cuss (I say "cuss") a lot, yes. Well, when I talk, which is very seldom. Cussing is a habit for me, sometimes I don't even know I do it. I try not to if it will offend someone, and I care about offending this someone. There are naughty words that aren't in my vocabulary like "cunt" and "cock". I've never used those. I use "fuck", "shit", "bitch", "ass", "damn/damnit/gotdamnit" etc. I don't say "motherfucker" either, I just say "fucker" instead. I wouldn't bother me if my partner cusses because I do as well.

    No, 'cause next thing I know Jacob will be copying me.

    I swear online or when I get really really angry but I hate it. It's just not how I was raised, my mother never swore infront of me. I sound stupid swearing too.

    I don't care too much if a guy swears, just not every second word or directed at me.

    I curse whenever it seems appropriate,
    try not to curse at all around the kids, but i spent over 5 yrs working in a company full of men where everything was puntuated with Fuck this Fuck that, if i had tried to correct them working in a mans enviroment, i would have just looked like a lame arse girl who no one would be able to work with comfortablly.

    I'm bipolar when it comes to the profanity. But I do use it. As for my partner, I wouldn't mind as long as she could exercise some restraint.

    The only time I every Curse is when I'm mad or frustrated. I diffidently don't do it front of my brothers and sisters. They look up to me too much. I'm just not that type of person.

    I curse... I didn't curse that much before starting to work at the grocey store though. They are animals, no lie. I don't curse too much though, and I perfectly know when I must not do it. I do that only with ppl I'm comfortable with, and anyways I say shit-fuck-bastard-bitch, nothing else. I met ppl who has really some fantasy for curses. I think I curse more in english, but it's because sometimes I heard a word so frequently that I think it's not a real curse, but slang. For example, is "fucking" (eg. it's fucking cold) a bad word or just bad slang? lol. Lately I invert languages :S I curse in english or wolof when i talk with italians, in italian when I'm with foreigns. Blah.

    italian tips for the little cussers:

    shit = MERDA
    Fuck you = vaffanculo/fanculo

    ah ha. Curses are the first thing ppl learn of foreign languages, aren't they? ;)

    Cursing is ok every now and then.

    As long as its not more than a few times a day.

    Yes, that is still considered a bad word or a curse word even in that context, and many English speaking people may make a values judgment on you for speaking that way. Especially if you were in a less casual environment.

    Question Sonny, I was just wondering what cursing and being bipolar have in common?

    You sound like being bipolar is an excuse for the use of profanity, and I hope that is not what you meant. I don't care if you use it or not really, I just don't think that being bipolar gives you an excuse to use it more freely.

    I think because he said, "when it comes", that it doesn't mean that he is saying he's bipolar. I think by what he said, and how he said it, he's saying he's like a paradox. Sometimes he likes it and sometimes he hates it, like how bipolar people are sometimes manic and sometimes depressive. JMO
