How turn down a Boss or a Co-worker

gently with out causing friction?

Do any of you Savvy folks have the GUIDE to how... for this conundrum?

Let's say, you have a boss who pursues you romantically. He/she knows that you are not interested, but keeps coming at ya Relentless like energizer bunny. How do you handle a delicate situation like this?

 

I would tell human resources about the situation

Catalog any inappropriate remarks or gestures and write him an e-mail that emphatically states that you'd appreciate it if the parameters of your work relationship remained professional.

If he does not comply with your wishes, talk to his supervisor and an employment law attorney.
