Shyness and my control freakiness. Other than that I like who I am and wouldn't want to be anyone else.

Good question. Before my daughter, I would have probably answered this alot differently.

However, I will say that, if given the chance, as much as I've made sucky, terrible decisions as an adult, that I would not go back and change a thing. Every experience turned out to be a great one, because I learned a little bit more about myself and they've shaped me to be the person I am today.

And for no other reason, if I went back and changed anything, I wouldn't have my daughter. And she has brought me so much happiness and joy and frustration and loss of money, but everything has been worth it. And I can't imagine my life now without her in it. :D

I would have done better in school and graduated from a university on time w/ a degree in a demanding field.

I wish Sarah Scott was in my bedroom.

I wish my junk wasn't so long. (j/k).

I know this thread is about things you could change but ah well.

Thank you. :D It took a great many bad experiences for me to see what truly is important and why things happened the way they did.

If i could change one thing about myself, it'd probably be my work ethic. I am a heavy procrastinator and more often than not, it's gotten me into unwanted and highly complicated quagmires. Yet i never seem to learn and carrying on ...........

Hell no I wouldn't. I am extremely happy about all my other (many) freakiness :p Wouldn't change a thing.

Perhaps I could have grown a little faster. I am happy with my size (6'1", 215), but if I had this size when I was 19 I would have had a better chance to play pro football in the NFL, which was a fantasy of mine.

    I was pretty scrawny at 19 :)

I would like to change the fact that I'm too sensitive. I don't mean I want to be mean, but just a little bit more uhm don't know the word. :)
Even though sometimes I would like to be someone else, somewhere else, with some more money, I still want to be myself. I graduated, become a social worker, studied dance ect and I did it all by myself, I earned my scholarships etc. My dad will never be able to tell me "I had to pay your fuckin degree" (he think that the only good degress r those who allow u to make good money - so me being a social worker is idiot for him).

TS, you are an extreemly nice lady, so I think you're especially suited to be a social worker, you are going to love it. and being sensitive can be a great thing, I should be more so.

I would definitely change my social skills...I'm very very shy and introverted.

If I could go back in time I would have worked much harder at school so that I could be in dental school now, I fell behind on my goals :(

thank you Tink. I hope not to become a mean social worker like a lot of us do... :). And anyways being a sensitive social worker is so difficult. You can't cry or get moved or whatever, that's not professional. It happened to me sometime when I was doing my internship and it was so difficult to keep tears without making the customer notice that.
U see, I cry for ANYTHING! No lie! :smt088
