Any Talents..

I have an eye for color and lines, not so much to draw, but to decorate, or design outfits. I enjoy it and my fiends are always asking me for advice and complementing my home decorating skills.

I sing a little, I really enjoy it but haven't ever taken any formal training.

I have a gift for understanding foreign languages, even when I don't know it, I can usually figure out a way to communicate, so I would love to study languages.

Also, social networking is very important. Meeting the right folks always helps getting jobs.

 

So true. And that's the part that where I'm lacking. I need to start networking more. It's all in who you know, right?

- to leave my room messy;
- spending money i don't have.
- getting insults from my brother;
- falling in love with the wrong men (but i think that's a common talent, lol)

ok, lol, real talents:

- bellydancing and hip hop dancing. that's what they told me at least.
- making jewels and stuff
- cooking some food. I mean, everybody can cook some food but I have a few things I cook that r good as hell lol.

I have a lot of talents. Sometimes I think it's god's way of being nice to me to make up for a lot of the shit I've been through.

Drawing and painting are the biggest ones, though I dabble in all forms of art. From spoken word (poetry is the shit), to music (singing, writing songs, even a bit of rapping), to acting (if I had more time I'd be involved in community theatre), to sculpting, jewelry making, pottery, dancing, etc, etc. I'm also naturally gifted with writing, and one day will publish my autobiography. I'm sort of a Jack of all Trades when it comes to art. I'm also gifted in wit, and can make people laugh quite easily when I try.

I also have a knack for repairing electronics. And I can program a VCR. I have a deep interest and appreciation of languages, though I'm more gifted with dialects than full languages. I've not had the opourtunity to study and learn another language yet, but I absorb words and phrases from other languages from people, tv, and the internet. hrm. Oh, and I'm great with writing dialogue. The rest of the stuff I'm good at when it comes to writing, but I've often been complimented on my characters speaking very naturally in my stories. I chalk it up to my love of talking and conversation

My best talent, though...I can move my little toe on my right foot independently of my other toes. Now that takes true talent!

 

Now that's hella talent.

 

It's all overshadowed by my pinky toe. I know of no one else who can do that! I'm special.

I also have a soft spot for counseling children, teenagers and young adults. I have a way of getting through to them. I started out in college majoring in child psychology but have never finished. I would like to, but it's hard to find the time. I do love it though.
